Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 3 business days for tracking information to update.
If you do not see the tracking email, please check your Junk or Spam folder.
Order Processing
Orders require 1–4 business days for processing before shipment.
Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Address & Order Changes
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify the shipping address, items, or delivery method. Please review all details carefully before completing checkout.
Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped, Vixen Nights is not responsible for lost, stolen, or carrier-delayed packages.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for reimbursement of shipping costs. Customs processing and carrier delays are outside of our control.
Returned-to-Sender Packages
If a package is returned due to incorrect address information or failed delivery attempts, additional reshipping fees will apply.
