Return Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Returns must be initiated within 21 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping on buyer’s remorse returns.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email cs@vixennights.com with your name, order number, and reason for return.
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please attach clear photos so we can fast-track your request.
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your replacement promptly.

Order Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly, so cancellations are not available once an order has been placed.
You may return your purchase after delivery in accordance with our return policy for a full refund.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
